Wedding of Dovydas and Yulia.

On Saturday, February 6, 2021, the wedding of Dovidas Yarushavichus and Yulia Khatkevich took place in the “Biblical Way” church. This was an especially joyful event for our church after long days marred by the quarantine. The wedding took place within strict boundaries and limited possibilities. Even parents and guests were not allowed to attend the registry office wedding. There was no ceremonial dinner or feast, but the young couple was not confused. The wedding ceremony was live streamed as the number of guests was limited. The ceremony could be viewed on the “Bible Way” church website. With all our hearts we congratulate the young people on this serious decision. May the Lord bless you and grant you many happy days together. Be blessed, zeal for the work of the Lord and may the Lord accompany you in everything!

Funeral of Tadeush Jakubauskas 15.12.2020

On Tuesday, December 15 of 2020, the funeral of our dear brother Tadeush Jakubauskas took place. Tadeush went to heaven at the age of 52. He was a member of the Lentvaris Church for many years. After the wedding, he moved to Vilnius and became a member of the Bible Way Church. He is survived by his wife Elena and two daughters. He was a wonderful husband and a loving father. We express our sincere condolences to the family and friends, especially to his family which has suffered a great loss in their life. May God comfort you with His peace and help to you go through all the difficulties on your way! “The righteous perisheth, and no man layeth it to heart: and merciful men are taken away, none considering that the righteous is taken away from the evil to come.” (Isaiah 57:1)

Funeral of Yuri Freidheim

The funeral of Yuri Freidheim took place on December 3, 2020. Yuri died at the age of 75. He was a great man! He was a university teacher, a mentor, and a very caring person. He was a counselor for many wounded hearts. Being blind, he did not expect help but he himself served to people and helped a lot. He lived a very difficult life:

– was born at the end of World War II;

– grew up in an orphanage;

– endured persecution as a Jew,

but ,despite all this, we are witnessing the glorious end of his life! The Scripture says: “… considering the issue of their life, imitate their faith. ” (Heb. 13:7).

Blessing for achievement for the deacon’s ministry in the “Bible Way” church.

On October 25, 2020, three brothers were nominated for the deacon’s ministry in the “Bible Way” church. Zilvinas Jablonskis, Tadas Ustinavicius, and Dalius Jarushavičius were nominated for the deacon ministry. The bishop of the Lithuanian brotherhood Fyodor Baer instructed the brothers and blessed them to achieve the deacon’s positions. May the Lord bless their families: wives, children, and help them to go through this blessed path to the end!

The ordination of Marek Syrvida to the pastoral ministry

A new pastor was ordained in the Bible Way church on the 25th of October, 2020. The Bishop of the Lithuanian brotherhood Fyodor Baer, and the presbyters of the church Anatoly Dmitruk and Cheslav Makutonovich ordained Marek Syrvida to the presbyter’s ministry in the Bible Way church. Marek Syrvida and his wife Liuba have successfully completed the period of training and instructions. They have willingly devoted their lives to serving the Lord and made a promise before God and the Church. We congratulate Marek and his wife Liuba on this important event in their lives! May the Lord bless and help them in everything! “Let the elders that rule well be counted worthy of double honor, especially those who labor in the word and in teaching.” (1 Tim. 5:17).

Baptism 2020.10.10

On Saturday morning, October the 10th of 2020, water baptism took place in the Bible Way Church. Two sisters: Agne Zhedelite and Christina Sorokina made a covenant with the Lord through water baptism. We congratulate our young sisters on this important and right decision in their life! This is a special day not only for those who entered into the covenant with the Lord, but for the entire Biblical Way Church. It is especially pleasing when such a sound decision is made by young people!
“Therefore we are buried with him by baptism into death: that like as Christ was raised up from the dead by the glory of the Father, even so we also should walk in newness of life.” (Rom. 6: 4).

Marius & Aushra’s wedding 2020

On Saturday, October the 3, we had a wedding of Marius Milyavichus and Aushra Drozdaite.

The ceremony began at 10:00 and the celebration continued with a banquet at 16:00. Many relatives and guests from both sides attended the wedding. God has arranged everything in the best way, so the guests and friends could witness this wonderful celebration at the Bible Way Church. May the Lord bless and provide the lovely couple in everything!

Praise and Worship Evening 2020

On this Harvest Day, there was an event at the Bible Way church – a Praise and Worship Night. It was organized to give all the glory to our Lord Jesus Christ. On this evening of praise, we were visited by guests from Pabrade’s church and the House of Prayer. Praise to the Lord was given by the group “Silver”, three worship teams from the Bible Way church, a worship team from Pabrade, and a music team from the Prayer House. There was a very instructive and harmonious performance of every group, and between psalms brothers shared a short word. Glory to God for talented singers and musicians among His people! The attendees and guests really enjoyed the Praise and Worship Evening 2020.

Harvest 2020

On Sunday, September the 27th, Harvest was celebrated in the Bible Way church. The motto of the feast was “In everything give thanks” (1 Thess. 5:18). On this day, the church gives thanks to the Lord for the blessed harvest, nice weather and bread on tables. God’s goodness is recalled and glory is given to the Lord for all His blessings! This day is full of joy, fellowship and eats and drinks.

Boris Shutov, a bishop from Estonia, visited us for this holiday. He shared God’s word, guidance and extended greetings from the Estonian church.

“For everything created by God is good, and nothing is rejected, if it is received with gratitude,” (1 Tim. 4: 4).

The voice of the bridegroom and bride! 09/20/2020

A joyful voice of the bride and groom sounded again in the Bible Way church. On Sunday, September 20th, brother Dovydas Yarushevichus made an offer to Julia Khatkevich. From the bottom of our hearts we congratulate the young couple with such an important decision in their life! God bless and make arrangements with every detail!
